Installation

  1、 The real usage value can be reflected and reached after covering, the covering effect thus makes a direct influence on the quality, service life and brand image of the floor, therefore, each franchised store must have his own fixed professional covering worker who must be trained strictly, and the apprentice is prohibited covering by himself.
  2、 The customer contact much with the covering worker whose diathesis should directly affects the brand image, the covering worker must wear the working uniform and chest card according to the requirement, and keep the clothes clean and neat for a decent appearance, polite and complaisant both in the words and behavior without quarrelling with the customer, they must reserve the master skill.
  3、 The franchised store shall take charge of all transportation, loading and moving of the floor without being in the charge of the customer.
  4、 The worker shall greet the customer upon his arrival of the covering site with the words of “Hello, I am ×× from Engineering Department of OUTAI Floor, this is my job card”, then the worker must inspect the whole flat thoroughly before covering to check whether there is any damage on the wall surface, furniture and other decorations or not, please tell the customer in advance if any damage to avoid the unnecessary dispute in the future, and inquiries about the direction of the wire, water pipe and heating pipe to avoid the destruction in the processing of covering.
  5、 Please negotiate with the customer in terms of how to cover, direction of the floor, installation of the batten and other particulars, respect and adopt the customer’s opinion to meet the reasonable requirements of the customer.
  6、 Please be careful in the process of covering and treat the details in excelsior to pursue for the perfect and zero defect, 8-12mm swelling lacune is left around the wall according to the regulation.
  7、 Please carefully inspect when there is any damage, defect, color difference for each floor before covering, and eliminate the floor with any problem in advance.
  8、 The worker is not allowed to drink the water, smoke the cigarette of the customer, to dinner with the customer, to accept the fortune and articles giving by the customer, to use the toilet upon getting the agreement of the customer
  9、 Please clean and carry away all rubbish after covering and clean up the glue and stain on the floor with the unwetted mop.
  10、 Please tell the customer how to maintain the floor: use the unwetted swob to mop the floor, do not mop by the swob with much water, and do not dip the floor with the water. Please turn off the water tap and close the window when going out, do not scratch the floor by sharp metal tool, do not nail down the floor on the ground.
  11、 Please carefully fill in all items of the Letter of Guarantee and hand in the duplicate (send to the Company) to the franchised store.
  12、 When the covering has completed, please tell and say to the customer before leaving: “Thanks, please feel free to contact us if you have any problem in the future and we will provide door-to-door service for you at any moment”
