Article One Floor Usage

　1、 The frequent ambulation on the floor can be allowed when all floor are covered, the furniture can be placed after 48 hours, otherwise, some abnormal situation shall occur.
　2、 Please keep the floor dry and clean without touching much water.
　3、 You can place one mat outside the door in order to protect the floor, so that the guest can wipe the water, dust and other sundries before entering the room, moreover, please place one rug on the floor that is often rubbed, such as, in front of the sofa.
　4、 Do not knock the floor by any machinery or scratch the floor by the sharp knife and other hard tools.
　5、 The special soft mat must be matted under the heavy thing or the furniture, moreover, the furniture shall be uplifted to move and placed gently, pulling on the floor is prohibited. The overweight furniture or article (bearing 150kg/sq.m) shall be placed with being vertical with the long side of the floor.
　6、 Please keep the indoor humidity between 50% and 70% to extend the service life of the floor (especially for the solid compound floor), besides, please use the humidifier in the dry winter.7、 The door stopper suggests to be installed on the surface of the wall, and fixed on the cement ground with underlying the floor is prohibited.
　8、If the user uses the terrestrial heat, it requires heating up slowly at the beginning three days each year. The water temperature shall be at 18℃ for the first day, and 25℃ for the second day, 30℃ for the third, after that, the temperature can rise to the normal— 45℃ of water temperature. The surface temperature of floor must be lower than 30℃
As for the user with electric terrestrial heat, it requires raising the temperature slowly at the beginning each year, and raises 5℃ for each day, the surface temperature of floor must be less than 28℃.

Article Two Maintenance of OTAI Compound Floor

　1、 Wet duster cloth or mop is allowed for daily cleanness of the floor.
　2、 Do not use stem mop to clean the floor.
　3、 Do not use the deleterious chemical article to wash the surface of the floor, in the event that there is obvious stain one the floor, please use the water mixing with the acetone to clean.
　4、 The serious scratch and damage can be restored with the colored restoration cream, moreover, the restoration cream of all colors is sold in the franchised store of OTAI so as to match the color of various laminate compound floor.
　5、 Do not polish the surface of the floor by the polisher, and waxing one the surface is also prohibited or the floor will become more and more dim.
